How to make a pen drive into a hard disk to install games

Hello,
my computer has gt not enough space to install a game called Call Of Duty.
can i install it straight into my pendrive n plug it into my computer whenever i wanna use it??

That will run very slow. Free up space or get a new drive.

Unless this is a USB3 Pen drive this is a very bad idea Like last poster said it will be very slow.. And for how to do it there is nothing to do when you plug it in it gets a drive letter like F: or something. When you install the game just pick custom location and change it to f:\gamename and it will install..
