[SOLVED] How to make an internal Blu-ray drive external ?

I want to free some of the SATA ports on my motherboard, so I want to take out my WH16NS40 drive.

Can I use this adapter with tghe drive to make it work externally ?

What you've listed will work but I'd get something like this so it looks more tidy on your desk space.
