How to make android detect usb audio driver?

Hi all have tried everything I can think of, searched everywhere but no joy.

I'm trying to use a USB headset on my ASUS Zenfone 4 (ASUS_Z007). Its normally used on my Computer and its just plug and play.

My question is how can I get it to work on my phone? The volume controls work but I can't hear the sound or use mic...

You can't unless the headset states you can use it with Android.
