[SOLVED] How to make audio device 7.1/5.1

Recently I've noticed that the "sound control panel" is missing on my computer. This control panel let me configure the speakers for each output, which let me use VB Audio Voice Meeter Banana (a virtual soundboard)s with my 7.1 headphones. But now I can't figure out how to configure the speakers for an output. Can anyone tell me where to do that?
