How to make Certain Text Larger?

Windows 7 and 10 used to have a ‘Ease of Access Centre’ option to make text larger individually in:

Title Bars
Menus
Message Boxes
Palette Titles
Icons
Tooltips

I can't seem to find that option anymore. Is it just me, or did MS remove it for some crazy reason? All I see is the option to increase everything in 25% increments, which I don't want because I lose desktop real estate.

Solution

bit of a dumb move on microsofts part i must admit

it was much more useful than just using magnifier

hopefully they restore it in future update

Hi, I'm using Win 10 Pro. Not sure what you mean by 10 preview, tho. I got as far as settings/system/display... but there is no advanced display settings section anywhere that I can see.

Seems like I'm not alone if the complaints on the internet are any example. Must be others that can't figure it out too.

10 preview is for people who test new features etc before its released to the public

then my guess is the last big public update is to blame for no advanced display setting option

I have this problem too!! My title bar texts became too large all of a sudden and I cannot change them at all due to the removal of the feature in the new update
