Question How to make compatible ?

Hello and thanks everyone. So I can possibly upgrade to Windows 11 but my I need to address these issues to be compatible. View: https://imgur.com/a/ZcliJSa

Is there a simple way as to just buy a new cpu and replace an old one to make everything work ? And will swapping the cpu TPM issue ?

Trying not to spend too much over $100 tbh

This is what I have right now

Not a good idea to move on without supported hardware:
