How to make first boot USB in Gigabyte

I want to install windows 7. How to make first boot USB in gigabyte H81M-s2pv. on Bios there is no Choose option to make usb first boot. there is show 2 option HDD and Dvd writer.

For me, I have to tap F11 to get the boot menu up, and you can get it to boot from the USB for one boot only.
