How to make games recognize my Radeon 7670m gpu instead of Intel HD 4000

Hi, I've been doing some casual gaming on my Sony VAIO, but when i play League of Legends, the game automatically uses the integrated Intel HD 4000 over my Radeon 7670m card. I tried disabling HD 4000 in device manager, but all that did was to reduce my fps below 10 in game. I also used catalyst and selected high perfomance for the game, but everytime it still runs intel. help please

Often the issue is with power settings. Go into Control Panel to power settings and make sure it's set to the "high performance" profile. Otherwise Windows will try to conserve power by always using the Intel chip.
