So I bought a GTX 750 Ti and before I uninstalled current Graphics I opened my Dell Inspiron 620 case open and found that it would not fit in my motherboard without the fan on the card clipping the fan cooling my motherboard. Also the audio port is in the way (small gray thing in left of rectangle) If there is any workaround or way to extend the bus for this then it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell me, thanks!

(Red rectangle is rough estimate of where the card goes)

Solution
The gfx card will not interfere with the CPU cooler fan. Or the audio block. The gfx card faces the other way. (Your rectangle is facing the wrong way from the slot.) As for the sound card, that you may have to move to another X1 slot.

Btw, please change that aggravating avatar.

I'm gonna try moving the sound card around tomorrow as of now what do you think of my new avatar? 😉

Sorry for the newbie question but I was wondering how I could move the sound card? If this doesn't work I'd probably be sending my GTX 750 Ti back for a smaller card like a HD 5670 or something like that

After looking at the pic a bit closer, it appears I mistook that add-in card below your red rectangle for a sound card. Maybe that is a wireless card or LAN card?
Anyway, that will have to move to another x1 slot because the GTX 750 Ti will take up 2 slots width.
