How to make hard drive not turn on after waking windows 10 from sleep

Hey!

I'm running windows from an SSD and I'd like to make it so that when I wake my laptop from sleep the hard drive doesn't turn on. I have it so that it turns off after 1 minute of not being used but I put my laptop to sleep quite many times and the HDD working takes away a lot of battery power. Is there any way to do this?

No, there is no way to do what you are asking. The system simply isn't designed to do that. When the system restarts/wakes it has to query all devices, which will cause all drives to spin up.
