[SOLVED] How to make my fan quieter?

When I first got my prebuilt pc at microcenter I just plugged it in and started playing and didn't really think anything of it. At first the fan was kind of loud to the point where you could easily hear it even with headphones on and I went to BIOS and set my fans to silent mode and even after that it's still loud and easily hearable which is really annoying sometimes I can even hear it from the next room over. Over the half year that I have had this PC I haven't really gotten time to get it checked out.

First I would see what fan is causing the noise. I would stop each fan (press finger on center of fan) while running in order to see when the noise goes away.

Just judging from the photos, it could be the CPU cooler since they are using a rather basic cooler for a 10400f.
