How to make my gtx 1050ti working

After I installed my AFOX : AF 1050Ti-4096D5H2 (DDR5)
GTX1050Ti 4096MB 128Bit 7000MHz
Core:1290MHz HDMI DVI DP PCI-E

And start my pc, the pc just opened the widows page and did not continue to the desktop background... How can I solve this problem ?
My pc Requirements are :
Windows 10
Processor Intel(R) core( TM ) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30GHz
12.0GB RAM
SYSTEM TYPE 64-bit
My motherboard :
SP# 636477 - 001
AS# 623914 - 003

remove your GPU. boot. download DDU. restart to safemode. run DDU to clean your graphics driver. dont restart. shutdown.
insert your GPU. attach your display cables to it. boot. if it successfully bots to windows. download and install the latest driver.
