How to make random "map cycle" in CS dedicated server?

Oh. Here are some possibilites :
1.
Open My Computer.
Open Local Disk (C:).
Go to program files.
Open the file named "Steam".
Open "SteamApps".
Open "".
Open Counter-Strike:Source.
Open cstrike.
There should be an icon that looks like a notebook. One should be called mapcycle. Open it.
Save the original copy to the desktop.
Delete it and put in the order you want. make sure that there are no caps, full stops or spaces. make sure every map name has its own line.
If it screws up, open the original copy, Copy and paste is onto the mapcycle page.

Thank you for your answer, but I can already change map cycle in the dedicated server directly even without edit the config file, now I want it to be random automatically, is that possible?

No, I mean now I can change it to what I want to play, but I want to *random* change it, not in a fixed order(although I can set the order), just like shuffle music playing.

Sorry, but maybe you still haven't fully understand me. The method you provided can change the order of map cycle, but I can already change it in the server GUI without config file. Now I want it to RANDOM change map, not in the order I set, is it possible?
