I just deleted a few videos on my HDD and they're still recoverable with any recovery software. I thought about filling the drive with junk files or using a software for that matter but there's a lot of free space (as far as I know the softwares use the same logic too)
I was curious if there's a SAFE software to make specific deleted files unrecoverable (that detects the saving location of those files on the HDD and fills them with junk) instead of filling all of the free space with junk.
Like let's say I've deleted a 1GB video on a 500GB drive, it's a terrible idea to fill 499GB of free space just to get rid of that 1GB and make that unrecoverable.
