How to make Team fortress 2 work without right graphics card

How do u make tf2 work with the wrong graphics card anyone smart and can figure this out

Umm, there is no "Wrong" graphics card.

There is if you have something seriously old. I know you can run it as low as DX8,1, so perhaps if you have some ancient DX7 or older card then you might have issues.
