Question How to make textures lower resolution?

Is there anything similar to increased lod bias (which makes all textures look as if they were really far away) to make textures look lower res or flat? not doing this for fps so dont tell me it wont increase fps
Game I'm trying to do this for is tf2, I have an amd gpu

Mmm hmm. Yeah, that's BS. Nobody "likes how it looks" when you make something look "lower resolution or flat". You're fishing for ways to cheat, and it's not going to happen here. Closing thread.
