Question How to make the bottom row of Home less dark or change its color?

Hello, whenever I click on the Home icon at the bottom of the taskbar, some app icons and recently opened documents show up. Below that, there is a row starting with my user name, documents, music, download, photos, settings, etc. This row is often very dark to see. How to make it less dark or change its color?
