How to make the graphics smoother when using DSR(nVidia) to use higher resolutions?

I'm using DSR from nVidia Control Panel in order to use higher resolutions than my TV/Monitor alows me to(720p). But the graphics, especially the writing aren't smooth enough although I'm using the smoothing tool in nVidia's Panel to make it better, it's not good enough.

Is there anything else I can do(other than Windows' own tool)?

By the Way I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits.

720p only has so many pixels. It's going to look rough no matter how much you upscale first.

Set FXAA to on in Nvidia Control panel > 3D settings > Either Global settings or program settings.
