Question How to make the original Diablo 2 lod game brighter?

I just reinstall the original D2.

The in game setting doesn't help at all. I see some youtuber has their D2 game much brighter than mine.

I don't mean the environment is dark because that is part of the game. My game normally looks much darker than other players.

Gamma adjustments in your video driver or Windows display settings would be the first thing, at least for you visually.

Recording/streaming, they may be adjusting the gamma at their end as well.
