How to make tv monitor open with pc automatically together

Hello i have a problem my friend have Philips 20it and as usual all the pcs open with screen automatically but this is a tv monitor there is a choice to set the tv open automatically?
My friend unfortunately use the control to open the screen i don't know how we can make the screen open automatically can someone help me?

A TV doesn't have automatic switch-on from standby like a dedicated monitor has.

When using a TV as a monitor you have to turn it on manually if it's been turned off, or leave it turned on when you shut down your PC.
