How to make use of 5.1 channel audio output for GB B85

Am wondering if 3.5mm jack to mono RCI(My 5.1 channel amplifier takes RCI Input) would work or the stereo RCI one? And please do tell about the color coding of MB audio output. Thanks in advance ))

I actually bought the amplifier from local market and is not of a big brand. It has "Main L-R,Center ,Sub-W, Surround L-R"
