Question How to make virtual cable listen to my microphone and play audio what I say to my real mic.

Hello i was wondering How to make virtual cable listen to my microphone and play audio what I say to my real mic, cuz I was using voicemeeter for a long time and it started cracking, popping. I reinstalled voicemeeter, unplugged and plugged my mic changed samples, Hz nothing helped. So I would like to try if the virtual cable does that but I dont know how i just know its done through voicemeeter i think so.

Because i want to use it as a second microphone for NVIDIA Recording etc. cuz my mic volume is too high cuz of teamspeak i need to use remove background noise so i need to use like 95% to hear me properly, so I would like to volume down my virtual cable to like 70% if i can multiply the mic audio ofc... I was using -DB on voicemeeter but as i said its been cracking, popping lately.
