Plug in the drive it will see it. If you have a specific issue state what you did and what happens. Please don't just say "I clicked on a bunch of stuff and nothing happened", detail the steps and the error messages if any.

If you plug the drive into the computer and absolutely nothing happens, try a different USB port, and try the drive on another computer to rule out issues with the drive itself.
