My internet is a little slow sometimes and I would like to find out why.
its not on all websites.

theres too much difference between them.
im using google dns.
5 ghz internet

Ookla may be using a test site that is close to you.

Google may be using a test site that is further out and requires multiple hops.
Any one of the hops being slow will impact the speed.
The test site may be busy which will impact the speed.
