How to make your nvidia graphic card work

i just bought a new lptop. here it say's that the lptop have nvidia gforce gt540m and cuda 2gb.
but when i play my games, the graphic did not use it.
it used intel r(h)hd graphic family.
so can u please help me how to make it use the graphic cad that i have becouse i don't know much about laptop? :pt1cable:

Make sure that you have correct driver for your graphic card....
and if you already done that...make sure your graphic card driver is up to date.... :wahoo:

I've seen this issue posted quite a few times on this forum and elsewhere but not seen any answers (I dont have a laptop so didnt stick around for the answers)

I think there will be some kind of function key (on the keyboard, a hotkey) or setting within windows in order to switch the graphics processing between the intel HD and your dedicated GPU, this will be really handy when you figure it out because think of the energy you can save when not gaming.

have a good look at the documentation and if you still can not find pay a visit to an Acer Timeline owners forum (Im certain they will exist) or call Acer if they are in the same country as you
