[SOLVED] How to make your PC turn on with your display?

Very quick question, is there a possibility such as a option in the BIOS or an application which enables HDMI CEC, like in consoles where you turn it on and it turns on your display? Is it also possible to shut it off when your system turns off? Would be helpful as I am using a television as my display and I don't have to use the remote everytime. Thanks!

I don't think so but the only reason as to why it isn't doing what you're asking is because you are using a TV.
