I am unable to get firmware update on my NVMe SSD (Kingston A2000) when I try to update it using the Kingston's SSD manager.
I get the following error message in the Event log:

\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0: Detected as a secondary drive, KScode2 Identify fail
\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1: Detected as primary drive
Updating devices list...
\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0: ST1000LX015-1U7172, XXXXX
\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1: Kingston SA2000M8XXXXX
PHY1 [XXXXXXXXX] Firmware processing complete with error: 32, update fw fail

As you can see that my Kingston SSD is being recognized as a primary drive and I read somewhere that for a firmware update to happed it should be a secondary one.
Is it possible to switch that somehow?

Disconnect SSD, install windows on HDD, connect SSD.

Or connect it to another working pc (windows already installed on another drive) as secondary drive.
