Hi I recently took all my photos out from Google photos. Does anyone know how to merge metadata file with the photo ... ?
Yes, for manipulating EXIF data. Which IS included in the image file.there is some tool called exift Tool by Phil harvey but it's not user friendly at all .... It's like complicated programming
Actually the date of photo is showing on which I downloaded from Google .take out . I need to merge it somehowI believe that the original metadata is still embedded in the image files you've downloaded ---you can check by right-clicking an image file and choosing "Properties", then click the "Details" tab.
Google sends you another set of metadata files separately in case you have modified the data since uploading the images. If you haven't changed the original data there is no need to do anything.
YesSo you've confirmed that the image files don't contain any metadata in the file properties box ?
What created this metadata?See I am having metadata files of all images data in the metadata file (seperate file)
I want to merge it with the image
I don't believe there is any functionality to "merge" that into the actual image file.Google photos
