How to migrate to an SSD

I want to migrate all the important things like my OS, CSGO, and all my important drivers like mobo drivers onto my SSD, so that I can format my HDD, how can I do this and be certain I've moved all the important stuff over?

Try using EaseUS Partition Master to clone your HDD to the SSD.
