How to monitor all components temperature?

I'm a rookie.

Is there a way I can monitor all my components temperature by using software or hardware? I just want to know what's heating up & what needs to be cooled. Basically, I want to learn the temperature level of each components.

The temperatures of all your components should be shown there, there is a lot more information that you may or may not want but is useful to other people so you will have to learn to skip past that data but the temps of your components are all there
