How to monitor CPU and GPU on a browser game?

Hi,

I'm trying to find, but have no success, on a software like MSI Afterburner to monitor CPU & GPU usage but in a browser based game (like Darkorbit a Flash3D based game). I do my research and so far I know MSI Afterburner On-Screen Display (OSD) feature only monitor game applications based on Direct3D or OpenGL interfaces and that is why it didn't work on a browser game like Darkorbit. Can anyone tell me if out there is any program that can monitor CPU & GPU usages like MSI Afterburner but in a browser game like Darkorbit or any other browser based game?
I use google Chrome.
