How to monitor data uses

sir i have two PC in my house in one i use windows 8 and on other windows 8 sir my problem is that in windows 8 i can easily see my estimated data uses but in windows 7 i can to se my data use so please help me to know the data uses in windows 7

yes but the way shown hear does't shows data uses it only shows how much data a particular application is using.
It dose't show total data uses till know in this much time.
