How to monitor internal HDD temperature?

please help.... how can i monitor the temperature of my hdd, and what is the normal temperature?

I personally use HWMonitor. It works great for me. I'd say around 35c is the average temperature. If you are concerned, you could always look into buying some sort of hard drive cooling: http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=577&name=Hard-Drive-Cooling

Crystaldiskinfo is a dedicated hd SMART monitor, which I've used from time to time.

I've also used nVidia software to monitor hd temp.
