It doesnt matter which side of the rad the fans are mounted to.
It doesnt really matter which way the blow air either, however most people have them sucking cool air front the front of the case then have an exhaust fan at the rear of the case to expel the warm air.

Okay. Thanks for the quick reply. I think it looks much cleaner without the fans visible since they aren't RGB, so you're saying it shouldn't matter where the fans sit on the radiator?

No it doesn't.
Of course the added benefit of you having them on the inside is if for any reason you need to change/clean them, they are easier to get to.

The way the cables work will be unaffected but the radiator orientation
