How to move a program?

I have three hard drives in my computer. My "C" hard drive I like to use as just my "boot drive". I downloaded some programs from Autodesk.com. Namely Maya and 3ds.MAX. They installed on my "C" drive. How can I move these programs to either my "D" or "E" hard drive where there is much more empty space? Please be specific because I have never attempted to do this procedure. Thanks for any and all suggestions or methods if this is even possible.

Uninstall
Reinstall - When you get to the part of "Where", choose Custom or Advanced, and select somewhere on the D or E drive.
