How to Move/Clone Windows 10 Boot Partition

Good Day Guys, anyone here know how to move/copy/clone a Windows 10 Boot partiton (1st Partition - 450MB and 2nd is 100MB). Its my problem because the Operating System is in my SSD but the boot partitions are in my HDD. Thank you.

Maybe you should rely on a third party clone software.

im sorry for late update. im done cloning it by only using minitool partition wizard. it is free and lightweight and it works like a charm.
