How to move space from C: Drive to another

I have Windows 10 installed on C: Driver and I keep my other files, movies etc on F: Drive. I ran the disk management and it says that C: Drive has around 250GB free space.
How can I move some space from C drive to my F: drive?

I tried doing it with Acronis and EaseUs and had no luck.

It doesn't work like that. You can't simply move space between physical drives.
If these are partitions on a single drive, and not discreet physical drives....maybe (but not recommended)

It doesn't work like that. You can't simply move space between physical drives.
