how to move windows 7 from a 120g ssd to a 240g ssd

hi i am getting a new ssd and i am planing on moving windows 7 to it then upgrading to 10 has any one got any good utube tutorials or advice for doing this?,
all so what programs are the best free ones preferably

i have a samsung ssd and i am moving to another samsung ssd

Back the 120 gig drive to an external hard drive, then replace it with the 240 gig one and restore from the backup. I use Easeus Todo Backup Free and I've seen a lot of folks using Macrium Reflect.
