You can't move installed apps to to the memory card. They must stay on the internal storage of the device.

The memory card is for your documents, pictures & videos.

Go to settings>apps>select the app you want to move to the sd card>click move to SD card and you are done you can now only run the app when your sd card is installed if it is not it the app will not start
