How to Music Re-name/organize

Having trouble with naming my songs on windows 8 when appearing on windows 8 phone (nokia Lumia 930).

I have songs that are named on my phone like -

Song: '01toxic' or 'Toxic HD'

Artist: mostly 'Unknown artist'

How do I make it show organised for example

Song: Toxic

Artist: Britney Spears
