how to my sound card nymber??

plzZ. i need help here, everything is fine other than a red cross on the speaker, cant get rid of it, i cant hear my sound, i think its drivers problem, so can u plz sort it out for me..

Sorry Mady, but we can't help without any information about your system. It might be a driver problem, but we need to know what PC or Laptop and the windows version you have to figure that out.
