How to not erase the chosen drive

Hello so im gonna reinstall my pc, i want to do it clean but i have gta v and my Internet is slow so I will make a new drive only for Gta...My question is how I can clean only the drives that does not have the game?

With the computer powered off, disconnect the power and data cables from any drives you want to protect.
