So I brought a RX 550 to replace the onboard graphics of my A8-7600, I'm asking if I can not permanently disable the onboard graphics so I can sell my system unit in the future without my videocard?

You can't permanently disable onboard graphics. You can switch, if you add a videocard, but it will still work. So one day if you sell this computer and keep the 550, the buyer will still be able to use the A8 7600 onboard graphics.

Most motherboards will disable onboard video if a discrete gpu is detected but can be re-enabled in the bios.

Most common bios options are:
Onboard only (igpu)
Pcie/peg (graphics card)
Both igpu and pcie/peg

Where will I disable it?

In the bios menu. When you turn the PC on, hit the 'del' button repeatedly to enter the bios menu. Normally you have the options as listed above.

If the graphics card is later removed and you plug a display into the motherboard video output, the system will boot with the i-GPU enabled instead.
