I can't find a tutorial, but can anyone tell me how to OC RAM? I'm past the return date on my ddr4 3200 and would like to OC to 3600mhz to optimize for my Ryzen 5 3600 cpu.

There are lots of videos on how to use this. It worked very well for me. I pushed my 3200mhz CL16 to 3733mhz CL16 @ 1.42v but I backed it off to 3600mhz @ 1.40v.

Try XMP , or you could go BLCK timing. try to not have high timings. Lower BLCK timings are better and more preferred. Don't forget to adjust your voltage

Yes, depending on the processor and motherboard.
But ram is binned as to quality.
The better chips will be used in higher speed ram.
If your 3200 speed ram chips were of sufficient quality to run at higher speeds, they would have been sold as 3600 speed ram.
You could get lucky, but if you truly want higher speed ram, sell the current and buy 3600 speed replacement.
