How to OC my Intel i3 2120 3.3GHz

I want to overclock my CPU but not to sure how to do it safely. I will have my CPU lquid cooled when i do get it overclocked. If someone can help me, that would be awesome. Thanks.
here's my specs:

intel i3 2120 3.3GHz
Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1
Corsair XMS3 (2x4GB)
EVGA Geforce GT 9800 512mb
1TB Seagate hybrid

It's still possible to overclock a non-K Intel processor, it's just much trickier and you'll only gain a 200-300Mhz increase at best. This method of overclocking involves increasing the base clock (BCLK), which is otherwise known as the FSB method of overclocking.

If I've lost you already, do plenty of research before you think about going down this route. Increasing BCLK is much riskier as you can irreversibly damage other components in your PC.
you can't its not unlocked, only intel k series processors can overclock with the exception of the pentium G3258. even if the processor was overclockable that motherboad wont support it, because z series motherboards are good for overclocking with. once again the exception being the pentium g3258
