How to OC with ASRock B75 pro3-m

Hey guys! I was wondering if you guys could possibly help me?

I wanted to overclock my Intel Core i7 3770k 3.50Ghz to 4.17Ghz.

My Bios type is American Megatrends Inc. and the Version is 1.70

I have the Corsair H100i Watercooler too.

I have looked in the bio's and I don't understand how to OC with the Bios type.

(Last time I oc'd was with an AMD CPU)

Any help will be much appreciated!

A B75 chipset MB does not have OC options. You'll need a different MB.
