I would rate ProcODT, the 4 CadBus-values, SOC/DRAM-voltages including VDDP , and Geadown mode the most important to get right, in order to boot at all. VDDP is under Advanced. 2nd tab. In Dram Calc.
Leave as many settings as you can on Auto to start with. You can tighten them later. Just make sure you can boot first. And then test stability of RAM. I like to use Testmem 5. http://testmem.tz.ru/testmem5.htm
Your aim is zero errors. If you get even one, it is unstable.
Know that PowerDown enabled adds latency, around 5 ns worth. I don't like that at all so I run it disabled.
Go to your BIOS and enable XMP. That automatically turns on the stable rating of the ram speed. In the BIOS, you could also control the ram speed manually too.
