How to open bin files?

Hi. I recently bought a game disk of batman arkham city origin. But the setup isn't working. It has got 4 .bin files. So I wanted to extract the .bin files. How can I do that?

To install anything these days, you use SETUP. If it doesn't work, then get your money back.
