How to open Catalyst Control Center

I just installed Catalyst Control Center and can't find how you actually open it anywhere. I have searched my computer. I find lots of info on google on how to install and use but nothing on opening it. I guess I am stupid.

There should be a folder in the start-all programs list. If not right click on the desktop to open it's properties and ccc should be at the top of the window.

Also, for me the location is at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CCC.exe

you may want to look for that and make a shortcut.

You may also try reinstall it. You may have only installed the driver out of the package without installing CCC and the other programs such as AMD media codec comes with the package.

i allways just go start and search for "ccc" that allways brings it up for me

Usually, I just right-click somewhere on the desktop and it's the first option in the context menu.

I think there had to be a problem with the install I don't have that folder or ccc.exe weird.

Is this a new build with win7?

Reinstall it. Maybe you didn't select auto install and in select install component you only select install driver, or installation of the driver component is successful but others not, or you only download the driver component to install. Check the installation log at the end to make sure everything is installed correctly.

It may have not installed properly. For whatever reason it may have an issue w/ the installed ATI GPU. The software may not recognize your GPU.

Agreed thats how it has always worked for me with 3 different ati cards.
