I don't know much about computers so this is probably a very stupid question. I have packard bell EasyNote TE69KB, and I do not know how to open its CD drive, because it doesn't have one of those eject buttons that all my previously used computers used to have.

Did you find it?

"According to your manual (direct PDF link here http://global-download.packardbell.com/GDFiles/Document... TE69KB&OS=8cn1&LC=en&BC=Packard Bell&SC=EMEA_27P ) page 21 the button to eject/open the optical drive tray is right in the middle of the optical drive. There is also an emergency hole you can use a paperclip in to open the tray (with computer off) around the same location"

Not a rule, here's what the manual has to say, "Note: Depending on configuration, your system may not be equipped
with an optical (CD/DVD) drive." It would seem you have a model version without optical drive

It should be somewhere in the right side (or left side) of the keyboard.
Also, you don't have to use DVD's/CD's, you can use USB's and floppy drives (which are very old, and modern computers and even mine from 2008 do not support floppy drives, however computers from like 1990, 1995, 2000, 1985, 1980, 1975 and older have parts to put floppy disks)
